Are you an experienced Care or Support Manager ready to shape and lead your own learning disability and complex behaviour service in Bristol and South Gloucestershire?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll develop and grow a complex behaviours service — with a clear pathway to becoming the Registered Manager.

You’ll have the autonomy to implement your own ideas and grow your own team, backed by supportive senior management, while gaining the experience and guidance needed to progress.

Network Healthcare is a fast-growing, nationwide provider redefining health and social care. From supported living and complex care to live-in care, domiciliary services, education, mentoring and respite, we deliver flexible, person-centred care that empowers people to live their best lives.

This role will suit an experienced manager who is confident in building relationships with commissioning authorities, families and service professionals. Network Healthcare has already secured access to the local authority frameworks to deliver these services so you can focus on service growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across the service
  • Recruit, support, mentor and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Ensure quality, compliance and person-centred care delivery
  • Work closely with families, local authorities and professionals
  • Organise and develop support plans for 1-1 and 2-1 support.
  • Contribute to service development and growth plans

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in managing learning disability, autism or complex/challenging behaviour services
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Desire to progress as a Registered Manager
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding practices
  • Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care / Leadership & Management
