We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel property in the Sutton Coldfield area who are looking to strengthen their pastry team with the addition of an experience pastry chef de partie.
The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings, private & public functions and also daily restaurant and afternoon tea service.
They are looking for a pastry chef who has experience working with high volume but someone who also has a fine attention to detail, taking great pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a multi outlet kitchen that caters for regular afternoon teas and banqueting events.
The job will be working to a 45 hours per week contract, with a variety of shifts to work around business needs, flexibility is key.
