We are currently in the market for a sous chef to join the banqueting team for a fantastic four star hotel in Sutton Coldfield.
The hotel is well known around the area for playing host to many weddings, private and public functions. Allowing them to create a team that focuses on delivering a quality service to all conference and banqueting guests.
They are looking for a chef who has strong experience working with banqueting, ideally in a sous chef or senior chef de partie capacity. A chef who is comfortable leading a service and dedicated to ensuring a high level of service at all times.
The job will be 5 days per week, working a variety of shifts to fit around the needs of the business, so flexibility with working hours is key. You will be contracted to work 45 hours per week and will be paid of a 4 weekly basis.
