We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel in the Warwick area who are looking for a chef de partie to join their kitchen team.
The hotel caters for daily breakfast, bar and evening restaurant menus alongside frequent conference and banqueting events for up to 300 guests at any one time.
The position of chef de partie will be working across various sections of the kitchen were required. It could be helping the banqueting team to plate 150 meals for a wedding or it could be working the grill on a busy restaurant service. Experience working in a multi outlet kitchen will be of great interest.
The job is working 5 days per week, straight shifts, with overtime hours available on days off or working extra long days. Flexibility also available to work 4 day weeks or just day / evening shifts to accommodate personal circumstances. Very competitive salary and package, with the opportunity to earn even more through paid overtime.
