We are currently working with a fantastic fresh food restaurant in the Harborne area who are looking for a Head Chef to run their kitchen operations.
The restaurant cooks a variety of foods including rotisserie, BBQ and authentic Italian cookery. They use only fresh produce throughout the entire menu including the desserts.
They are looking for a Head Chef who has a strong passion for food, has great energy in the kitchen, is a natural leader and a chef who has the ability to keep calm under pressure. The successful chef will also have to be flexible with their availability to work with the business operating Tuesday to Sunday services.
The job has a competitive basic salary up to £35,000pa, with a potential £5000 bonus to be earned through GP targets. You will also get a share of the weekly tips.
