We are currently looking for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to work a 3 week stint at a 4* hotel in the Kidderminster area.
You will be working alongside the permanent sous chef to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen, catering for daily restaurant diners for lunch and dinner, hotel guests breakfast and functions for up to 150 guests, including weddings and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as Head Chef or Sous Chef within a 4* hotel property or award winning restaurant. Be competent with all things kitchen hygiene and food safety and be comfortable walking into a new kitchen and leading a team.
The job will be working 5 days per week, straight shifts, including weekends.
You will receive weekly pay, meals on duty and be enrolled into the Pertemps pension scheme if eligible
