We are currently looking for a Junior Sous chef to join a brilliant hotel in the Bristol area.
With some very exciting plans and local developments around the hotel it is a great time to join the team!
The position of Junior Sous chef will be working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations for restaurant, bar and banqueting services.
The kitchen prepares fresh produce on site and also buy in pre-made items where needed to ensure a successful, consistent delivery of menu items.
The job will be working 5 shifts per week, straight shifts with a range of early, days and late shifts to cover business needs across the 7 days of week.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a busy kitchen environment, ideally with a restaurant set up and working to specifications.
The hotel can be reached by public transport, has free on-site parking and live in accommodation can be provided.
