We are currently looking for a chef de partie to work on a temporary contract at a hotel in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham.
Straight shifts, usually 7-3pm or 2-10pm. Five days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
The main duties of this role are to run a section throughout service, ensuring correct levels of preparation, stock management and adhering to kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times. You will be working within a team to cater for daily restaurant orders and functions for up to 200 guests.
Working as a temporary chef for Pertemps Network Catering you will receive a competitive rate of pay, holiday pay, be enrolled into our pension scheme and be in control of when you are available to work.
