We are currently working with a fantastic hotel in the Rugby area who are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join their team.
As a sous chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running of all onsite food outlets. Helping with the development of menu's, staff training and implementation of excellent food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous leadership experience, experience handling and preparing menu's with fresh ingredients and experience working with high volume.
