We are currently working with fantastic hotel in the Nuneaton area who are looking to strengthen their kitchen team with an experienced Sous Chef.
The hotel offers a choice of two restaurants, multiple function rooms, bars and also spa facilities. They are host to frequent weddings and business conference events.
They are looking for a sous chef who has experience working with mid to large hotel volumes, fresh ingredients and the ability to lead a team throughout service, maintaining high levels of performance and food safety standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £30,000pa, 28 days holiday, group company benefits including room discounts, food & beverage discounts and discounted spa.
