We are currently working with a beautiful four star boutique hotel in the Redditch area who are looking to strengthen their kitchen team with the addition of a new sous chef. 

The positon will be working on average 40 hours per week over 5 days, inlcuding weekend shifts. Covering the head chef in their absense, ensuring the smooth running of service for all kitchen operations. 

You will be involved with the preparation and service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and banqueting services for up to 100 guests, all whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels, waste management and high levels of kitchen hygiene standards. 

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a sous chef within a similar property or will be an experienced chef de partie looking for the next step in their career. The hotel can be reached by public transport but due to start and finish times for shifts it would be preferred if you had access to your own transport.
