Senior Operations Manager – Education – North London/M4 Corridor/East London - £38,000 - £45,000 plus company car – 52 week
**You MUST have Operation Management experience within the Education Catering sector**
My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.
An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to manage 6 Area Managers in London and the Home Counties. To assist and deputise in the absence of the Operations Director.
You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.
My client is looking for someone with previous Operations management experience within the education sector, specifically state schools. You will have a genuine passion for food, not necessarily be a qualified chef but you must be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients. You will be experienced in reporting and have strong financials aswell as being commercially experienced. Excellent communication skill is a must.
The successful candidate will come from a food focused education contract catering company.
Due to the nature of the role you will live close to the M1 and M25
