Sous Chef – B&I – Stoke on Trent - £27-30k per annum depending on experience – Monday to Friday, 1 weekend in 3

My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in a busy and friendly kitchen catering for a high volume of customers on a daily basis.

The food offering is fresh and wholesome. Offering breakfast, and lunch and dinner.

You will demonstrate exceptional strong leadership skills and be able to command the kitchen and set the standard. You will manage, motivate and develop a large sized team, ensure the kitchen maintains health and safety standards and the service runs smoothly. Costing skills are desirable.

This role requires a Sous Chef with effective management skills, someone who is willing to learn. Personality is key to this role.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week – plus 1 weekend in 3. Hours are 8am until 4pm.
