Operations Support Chef Manager – Education – London and Home Counties £28,000 - £30000 plus mileage – 46 weeks


My client is a fresh food focused company who pride themselves in offering nutritious meals using locally sourced ingredients to the Education sector on a national basis.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, craft based Area Support Chef Manager with experience within the education sector to work alongside the management team assisting with improving standards and skills in the kitchen, skills based training across the company in the Midlands area and assisting with open days, mobilisation of new units etc.


You will provide cover for units should the chef manage be absent.


The successful candidate will have an impressive cheffing background with a proven track record of improving standards.  Experience within the contract catering industry is essential, particularly Education. You will have a good understanding of health and nutrition, be confident in training team members and implementing high standards across the company.


My client is offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus mileage


This is a Monday to Friday role, working 46 weeks


Offer is subject to successful DBS check, a clean driving license is also essential.
