Operations Manager – Education – Buckinghamshire -  £35,000 plus company car – 44 weeks working

My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.


An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to oversee approx. 10 - 15 units in the Buckinghamshire area. To deputise in the absence of the Operations Director.


You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.


My client is looking for someone with previous Area/Operations management experience within the education sector.  You will have a genuine passion for food, not necessarily be a qualified chef but you must be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients. You will be experienced in reporting and have strong financials aswell as being commercially experienced.


The successful candidate will come from a food focused education contract catering company.
