Head Chef – Secondary Education – Bordesley Green, Birmingham - £30,000 per annum – Term time only (40 weeks)


My client is a growing independent contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.


An opportunity has arisen for a talented and innovative Head Chef. You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours, preparing exceptional nutritionally balanced dishes and desserts. You and your team will cater for approx. 1700 per day.


Previous experience as a Head Chef a busy Education/B&I or retail catering operation is essential, as is the ability to motivate and develop your team and building a successful relationship with the client and customers.


The successful candidate will have experience within a high volume environment, have a genuine passion for food and ensure the catering operation runs smoothly.


This is a Monday to Friday role, 7am until 3.30pm – term time only, 40 weeks of the year.
