Group Manager – Education – Coventry/Nuneaton area  – up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company van & fuel card provided -  52 week

My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.


An opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to oversee approx. 10 units in and around the Coventry and Nuneaton.


You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.


My client is looking for someone with previous Area/Group management experience within the education sector or an experienced Catering/Chef Manager looking to progess and used to working under pressure.  You will have a genuine passion for food , be a qualified chef and up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients. This is a very hands on role and demanding role so experience of working within a pressurised environment is essential.


Ideally you will come from a quality focused contract catering company and have multi site experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally live in commutable distance to the areas covered.


You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward and manage your units effectively.
