Development Chef – Education – Midlands based, Nationwide travel as required - £36,000 - £38,000 per annum plus expenses.


My client is a quality focused company who pride themselves in offering nutritious meals using locally sourced ingredients to the Education sector on a national basis.


An opportunity has arisen for a talented, passionate and enthusiastic Chef with management and ideally development experience work alongside the SMT assisting with the development of menus to include innovate food to a high standard across the company within the Education side of their business.


You will work within a team of development chefs, creating and improving menu’s, ensuring a high standard is delivered and maintained by delivering training across the company. Assisting with mobilisations and some unit cover is part of the  role.


You will be based in Warwickshire but national travel is required. Flexibility for early starts and late finishes is essential.


The ideal candidate will have an impressive cheffing and management background with experience or a keen interest in development. You will have a good understanding of how to cost recipes, have strong financial acumen and be able to produce great food.


My client is offering a salary of £36,000 - £38,000 plus expenses if travelling nationally.


Offer is subject to successful DBS check, a clean driving license is also essential.
