Sales Director – Catering (multi sector) – Birmingham - £55-65k depending experience (negotiable) – plus company car or mileage, performance related bonus
My client is a very successful and busy catering company who strategically produce thousands of pre-ordered delicious, high quality meals and distribute to their national client on a daily basis to a strict time schedule.
An opportunity has arisen for a successful and experienced Business Development Director to whose focus is to improve my client’s position within the Education, B&I, MOD and public sector to be the partner of choice for freshly pre-cooked meals which can be distributed accordingly catering to each clients needs.
You will be responsible for the entire Business Development Department, managing another Sales Manager. Your role will involve working towards strategically set goals by the CEO, identify business opportunities, build customer relationships, manage the sales process from start to finish and secure profitable business.
My client is looking for candidates with a proven track record a Business Development Director/Sales Manager within the contract catering sectors, particularly Education.
You will have a pro-active approach and have excellent, proven sales experience with the drive to effectively grow the business.
This will be a role is a national role so travel is essential
