Catering Supervisor – Residential Home – Solihull – 42 hour week, 3 long shifts, 2 short shifts including some weekends - £24,985 per annum
An opportunity has arisen for a Chef Supervisor to hit the ground running manage the catering operation within a residential care home.
You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the kitchen including, health & hygiene, temperature checks, ordering stock and ensuring the kitchen complies with Environment Health. You will have experience in preparing nutritious meals using fresh ingredients to the residents on a daily basis to a very high standard as well as a strong understanding various dietary requirements you would expect from within a care home.
My client is looking for an experienced cook with previous supervisory experience within a care/residential home with relevant cooking experience.
