Area Support Chef– Education – Staffordshire, Derby, Notts, Birmingham area - £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus mileage/company car -  term time only

My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Support Chef to assist Area Managers with the catering operations side of the business within schools.


You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts, presentations and holiday and sickness cover.


My client is looking for someone with previous Catering/Chef management experience, ideally within the education sector, but not essential.  You will have a genuine passion for food – a real “foodie”. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff. Confident attending client meetings and presenting to potential clients to secure new business.
