Area Catering Support Manager  – Education – Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire - £28,000  - £32,000 per annum – plus company vehicle and fuel card – Term time only

My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Catering Support Manager to assist with the managing of schools in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas alongside the M1.


You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts, auditing and holiday and sickness cover.


My client is looking for someone with previous Catering/Chef management experience within the education sector who is ready for their next promotion.  You will have a genuine passion for food. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings. You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who can manage units effectively.


Ideally you will come from a quality focused education contract catering company and have multi site experience. Due to the nature of the role, any applicants must live in the in commutable distance to Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, close to the M1.
