Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 3:00pm
Type: Ongoing Temporary Position
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Here at Pertemps Network Catering, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our client based in Harborne.

The Role As part of a busy catering team, your duties will include:

• Supporting the kitchen and catering team with daily operations
• Receiving, checking and correctly storing deliveries
• Cleaning kitchen areas, equipment and workstations
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Assisting with general kitchen duties as required

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porter, Catering Assistant, General Assistant or Food Service Assistant
• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Food Allergen Awareness Certificate (or willingness to complete)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness for us to process one on your behalf)
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and undertake physically demanding tasks

• Ongoing temporary work with consistent weekday hours
