We are currently recruiting for an talented and experienced Catering Manager, to work with our client in Great Barr, Birmingham.
Working Monday - Friday 8am - 2.15pm for at least 1 month.
As the Catering Manager of this busy kitchen you will be serving between 350/400 customers in the education sector, you must be organised and work well under pressure. The right individual will have worked as a Catering Manager previously and have the confidence to run a busy kitchen. You will be managing a team of cooks and kitchen assistants, ordering stock and ensuring a smooth service.
Ideal candidates will have previous Cook, Chef and Catering Manager experience, hold an NVQ level II and valid Food Hygiene certificate, along with knowledge of allergies and special diets.
These roles will require an Enhanced DBS clearance.
