Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for a brand-new exciting opportunity? My client is a reputable hotel located in a bustling area looking for a hard-working talented Sous Chef to join their back of house team, providing amazing dishes to their visitors.


The main duties and responsibilities of the Sous Chef will be: 

  • Deputising the Head Chef when needed, assisting with leading and guiding the kitchen team in every service, maintaining a high consistent level throughout.
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Training and developing the team, guiding them and helping them grow both professionally and personally.
  • Bringing new ideas and inspiration to the restaurant, banqueting & wedding menus
  • Provide a consistently high level of service and product delivery.
  • Controlling and managing stock



The ideal Sous Chef will:

Sous Chef Job-Type: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary: £36-£38k per annum

Schedule: 45 hours per week, 5/7 days a week
