We are currently working with an excellent 4* hotel located in Coventry who have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for a Night Supervisor. 

 

Main duties of the Night Supervisor include –  

• Maintaining a safe and secure hotel for all guests and associates 
• Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to all guests during the night 
• Handling any guest issues or complaints in a professional manner ensuring they are resolved 
• Efficiently carry out all receptionist duties 
• Act as main point of contact for guests 

The ideal Night Supervisor will – 

• Have experience within a similar position within a hotel 
• Have experience leading a team 
• Be motivated to ensure the best service and standards and provided 
• Be hard working, reliable and confident 

 

As Night Supervisor, you will be expected to be flexible with shift patterns working any 5 nights out of 7 and will be paid £11.10 per hour along with a number of fantastic benefits.
