We are currently working with an excellent 4* hotel located in Meriden who have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for a Front Office Supervisor.
The main duties of this Front Office Supervisor position include –
- Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to all guests
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department
- Ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Be a first point of contact for guests, handling any concerns or queries
- Supervising, training and coaching team members
- Checking guests in and out, processing payments, upselling hotel facilities and services in order to maximise revenue
- Having a good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services on offer
The ideal Front Office Supervisor will –
- Have experience working within a hotel on the Reception desk, looking for a step up
- Have the ability to think on their feet and prioritise work load
- Be personable and comfortable with problem solving as well as very customer service focussed
- Be able to hit the ground running and be willing to make a difference
As Front Office Supervisor you will be a permanent, full time member of the team working 40 hours a week on any 5 days out of 7. You will be expected to be flexible with shift patterns and will receive a number of outstanding benefits from the company as well as a pay rate of £10.60 per hour.
