We are currently looking for a Junior Sous to join a hotel resort in the Coventry area.
With multiple restaurants, spa facilities and multiple function rooms, this hotel offers a great variety of choice and caters for a high number of guests on a daily basis.
The position of Junior Sous Chef will be working across all food outlets on the resort, including fine dining, daytime bar, banqueting and spa menu's. This will also be a great opportunity to take your first steps into leadership, helping to run shifts, manage stocks and help with menu developments.
They are looking for a chef who has experience working with high volume and strong experience working with quality fresh ingredients. They will also be looking for a chef who is highly reliable and flexible with their weekly working week.
This Junior Sous Chef is full time hours working 40 per week, all overtime is paid and the hourly rate is £12.36.
