We are currently working with a great venue located in the surrounding area of Solihull who are looking for a Head Chef to join their team.
A popular venue for weddings and events, a newly refurbished restaurant with all day dining, evening ala carte menu and popular Sunday lunch menu, the main Head Chef duties are predominantly –
- General kitchen management ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day service
- Menu planning
- Stocks, rotas, and staff training
- Ensuring high levels of food safety & kitchen hygiene are maintained
The ideal Head Chef for this position will have previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience, working within a kitchen that caters for both restaurant and banqueting services.
As Head Chef you will be working 5 shifts per week, on any 5 days out of 7 and will be paid £13.50 per hour.
