We are currently working with a stunning 4* hotel located in the Solihull area who have a great opportunity become available for a Waiter/Waitress. 


Some of the duties of the Waiter/Waitress position are –  

• Being responsible for offering a warm and welcoming service and looking for every opportunity to exceed guest expectations 
• Going above and beyond for all guests, impressing them with knowledge and service levels 
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your area 
• Taking appropriate action if guests are not satisfied 
• Ensuring a complete and thorough knowledge of the food & beverage items available 
• Ensuring the service and quality of food provided is second to none 
• Ensuring that all guest checks are handled correctly and posted onto Micros 
• Performing your duties to the correct standard set by the company 

The ideal Waiter/Waitress will – 

• Have similar experience within a hotel or restaurant 
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about guest satisfaction  
• Have a professional and friendly manner 
• Have excellent attendance and time keeping 
• Be hard working and reliable 

This Waiter/Waitress position is working full time, 40 hours per week on any 5 days out of 7 and is offering £23,000 per annum plus tips. A live in option is also available if necessary.
