We are currently working with a luxurious 5* venue located in the heart of London, consistently named as one of London’s best who now have an opportunity for a Chef de Rang to join their team.
Working as Chef de Rang, you are specialist in Food & Beverage and your duties will consist of –
- Ensuring a smooth, efficient and professional service to all guests, going above and beyond at all times
- Implementing, maintaining and being committed to the hotel standards
- Providing effective delivery of Food and Drinks to guests
- Ensuring you have a complete knowledge of the food & beverage items, advising and recommending items and promotions to guests
- Ensuring you are meeting up-selling targets
- Having constant coverage on the floor and guest engagement
- Working closely with all Food & Beverage departments for the benefit of guests in all areas
As Chef de Rang you will –
- Have hospitality experience working within a highly established venue
- Provide an outstanding guest experience
- Have knowledge of F&B trends, wines and spirits
- Be passionate about good quality food and high level of service standards
- Be very well presented with a friendly and professional attitude
