We are currently working with a busy 4* hotel located in Birmingham City Centre where a fantastic new opportunity has arose to join their team as a Night Manager.

 

As Night Manager, some of your duties will include –

• Maintaining a safe and secure hotel for all guests and colleagues whilst ensuring the highest level of service is delivered
• Providing management and operational assistance during the night to ensure the overall successful running of each shift
• Ensuring standards are maintained and improved through staff recruitment, training and development
• Actively contributing to the achievement of set front office targets
• To efficiently carry out the night audit, rate checks, security checks, guest queries or complaints and assisting other departments of the hotel where necessary

 

This Night Manager position would suit someone that –

• Has experience supervising a team
• Ideally has experience using Opera
• Is dedicated and not afraid of a challenge
• Can work of their own initiative

 

This Night Manager position is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week on any 5 nights out of 7. Salary on offer is £25k-£28k per annum as well as a number of fantastic benefits that come with the company.
