We are currently working with a beautiful 4-red star hotel offering luxury accommodation and a 2 AA rosette restaurant who are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager or experience Restaurant Manager looking to progress their career, to join their team.

 

As Food & Beverage Supervisor your main duties include –

  • Assisting the Food & Beverage Management with the day-to-day running of the F&B operation
  • Motivating and supervising a team of people to perform to the best possible standard
  • Ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded
  • Working towards completing daily, weekly and monthly departmental targets
  • Ensuring the team adheres to company standards and policies at all time

 

The ideal Food & Beverage Supervisor will –

  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Be friendly and outgoing
  • Have the ability to juggle workload and be flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

This Food & Beverage Supervisor role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week on any 5 days out of 7 and will be paid a salary of £21.5k per annum plus tips and a number of outstanding benefits.
