Job Details

We are currently working with a 4* hotel located just outside of Birmingham City Centre who are looking for a Night Porter to join their team.

 

Your main duties as Night Porter include –

• Completing the night audit and financial procedures during the shift
• Checking guests in and out
• To ensure the night audit procedures are carried out to a high standard
• To ensure all reports such as morning calls, newspapers, breakfast lists etc are done correctly and efficiently
• To ensure the night walk around is carried out
• Ensuring the welfare and safety of all guests staying in the hotel whilst on shift and maintaining the overall performance of the shift

 

The ideal Night Porter will –

• Ideally have hotel experience
• Have excellent communication
• Be friendly and reliable
• Be able to work on their own initiative

 

As Night Porter you will be required to work 40 hours per week and will be paid £9,95 per hour.
