We are currently working with a fantastic 4* hotel in Birmingham where the team are at the heart of everything they do who now have a vacancy available for a Waiter/Waitress.

 
Some of the duties of the Waiter/Waitress position are –

• Helping customers in a professional and polite manner
• Giving high quality table service in the restaurant
• Making sure the restaurant and bar areas are well presented and stocked
• Being well presented and following food hygiene standards
• Going above and beyond for all guests, impressing them with knowledge and service levels
• Taking appropriate action if guests are not satisfied
• Ensuring that all guest checks are handled correctly and posted onto Micros
• Performing your duties to the correct standard set by the company

 
The ideal Waiter/Waitress will –

• Have similar experience within a hotel or restaurant
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about guest satisfaction
• Have a professional and friendly manner
• Have excellent attendance and time keeping
• Be hard working and reliable

 
This Waiter/Waitress position is working full time, 40 hours per week on any 5 days out of 7and is offering £9.50 per hour plus tips.
