Pertemps Network Catering are looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join our busy and successful team. The successful candidate will be running a warm desk specialising in all levels of temporary hospitality recruitment.
The role will include :
Advertising vacancies
Pre screening Interviews & managing of the registration process
Pro active business development to build on current client database
Account management
Client visits
Staff check ins at larger functions
Training & Upskilling staff
Ideal candidate :
Have an engaging and confident manner, with strong communication & people skills
Good organisation skills, have an eye for detail and the ability to multi task
Results orientated and target driven
Enjoy working as part of a team and work well under pressure
Previous recruitment experience advantageous, but not essential
Knowledge of the hospitality sector
