Location: Birmingham - Across Two Venues
Hours: Part-Time / As Required (Potential for Full-Time Hours)
Schedule: Flexible Across 7 Days Including Evenings & Late Nights

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Events Duty & Bar Manager to support operations across two busy venues. This is a flexible role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can confidently lead teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating staff across both locations.
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of large-scale events and functions.
- Leading bar operations and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Managing staffing levels and supporting operational requirements.
- Communicating effectively with management, staff, clients, and guests.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Proven experience managing teams within hospitality, events, or licensed venues.
- Strong background in coordinating and delivering large events.
- Bar trained with excellent knowledge of bar operations.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and late nights.
- Ability to work across two locations.
- Full driving licence and access to transport preferred.
- Flexible working arrangements.
