About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team
- Take a hands-on approach to service, supporting the team during busy periods
- Drive high standards across all service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Build a positive, collaborative culture as a strong team player
- Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with senior management to drive revenue and operational success
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role
- A natural leader with experience leading teams effectively
- A hands-on management style with a passion for being present on the floor
