We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel in the Sutton Coldfield area who are looking to recruit a passionate and talented junior sous chef into their kitchen brigade.
With over 80 bedrooms, multiple function rooms, daily dining menu and an award winning 2AA rosette restaurant, this is a fantastic place to work!
They are looking for a chef who has experience working across all areas of the kitchen, experience working with high volume and also with more refined menu's. You will need to have a strong understanding of all kitchen hygiene and food safety standards and be able to work well within a team.
