Job Details
We are currently working with a 4* hotel who are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team.
With multiple function rooms, all day dining including breakfast and afternoon teas, the main Head Chef duties are predominantly –
- General kitchen management ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day service
- Menu planning
- Stocks, rotas and staff training
- Ensuring high levels of food safety & kitchen hygiene are maintained
The ideal Head Chef for this position will have previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience, working within a kitchen that caters for both restaurant and banqueting services.
As Head Chef you will be working 5 shifts per week, on any 5 days out of 7. You will receive a salary of between £35-£37.5k per annum and an opportunity to earn an extra £5k through bonuses.
