As Sales & Events Manager, some of your main duties will include –

• Being responsible for driving and maximising sales and revenue, managing all aspects of the hotels functions
• Identifying new sales leads and actively chasing these
• Developing sales strategies that generate consistent growth
• Create and executive marketing and advertising initiatives
• Targeting new customers, competitor analysis, raising awareness of the hotels
• Being responsible for building the properties profile within the corporate and MICE sectors
• Supporting, leading and developing the team of executives to ensure budgets are consistently achieved

 

The Sales & Events Manager will –

• Possess a confident, and friendly yet forceful personality
• Have a proven track record of hitting agreed targets
• Experience managing and developing strong relationships
• Be eager, driven and innovative

 

This Sales & Events Manager position is a full time permanent position and is being paid £33,000 per annum along with a number of attractive benefits.
