We are currently working with a fantastic hotel in the Meriden area of Warwickshire who are looking for a passionate sous chef to join their kitchen team.
The hotel is a very popular venue with a consistently busy restaurant and frequent functions and weddings for up to 120 guests.
The position od sous chef will be working closely alongside the head chef to create new menu's, train junior staff and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen in the head chefs absence. You will also liase with suppliers and manage stock.
The job will be working 5 days per week, straight shifts which will include earlys, daytimes and lates. The kitchen is open from 5am - 10pm. It is essential to have your own transport due to the lack of early public transport services.
