We are currently working with a brilliant hotel in the Solihull area who are looking for a breakfast to join their team.
The hotel is a very popular venue due to its location, not too far from the airport, NEC and other popular destinations. For breakfast they cater for up to 200 guests buffet style.
The position of breakfast chef will be preparing and cooking all breakfast items, maintaining sufficient levels of breakfast items throughout service. Once breakfast is finished you will then be required to help with the preparation for daily functions and restaurant menu's.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a breakfast chef or in a position with similar high volume service. You will be highly reliable and be strong at working on your own.
Working hours are from 5:30am - 1:30pm, five days per week, inclduing both weekend and weekday shifts. It is essentailt o live in the Shirley area or have acess to your own transport due to location of the hotel and public transport links.
