We are currently working with a brilliant branded hotel in the Nottingham City Centre who are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
The hotel is a very popular venue due to its central location catering for a high number of guests for breakfast and dinner service. Guests can also order from an all day bar menu and 24 hour room service menu. The hotel also has regular corporate events with meeting rooms for up to 45 guests.
The position of Sous Chef will be catering for all of the hotels food menu's, ensuring high levels of brand standards, food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times. You will also be highly involved with staff training, stock management and the overall deliver of all hotel food services.
The job is working to a 40 hour contract with straight shifts varying from week to week. Shifts can include breakfast, daytimes and evening starts to cover the business busy periods. This is an immediate start position with a starting salary of £20,500pa.
