We are currently working with a fantastic four star boutique hotel on the outskirts of Solihull who are looking for a chef de partie to join their team.
The position will be working five days per week, both straight and split shifts, preparing and cooking fresh ingredients for a busy casual dining menu and frequent weddings & banqueting events. Split shifts will be from 9am-2:30pm / 5pm-10pm.
The main duties of the role are to run a section throughout service, ensure there are sufficient levels of stock for each section, train junior staff members and input ideas for new menu's. Ensuring high levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, reliable and a strong team player. They will have a minimum of three years kitchen experience and will show an enthusiasm to want too learn and develop their career.
