We are currently working with a brilliant independent fresh food restaurant in the Nuneaton area who are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join their team.
The restaurant is serving some of the best locally sourced produce for a daily a la carte menu and frequent private functions for up to 50 guests. The restaurant can cater for up to 120 guests per seating and can be privately hired upon special request.
The head chef position will give the chef full autonomy on the kitchen, creating new menu's, writing the weekly rota's and developing the team. They will report weekly into the Executive Head Chef, to discuss how the kitchen performance and any support that is needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a snr sous chef or head chef within a fresh food kitchen, will showcase strong leadership skills and will have a real passion for food. This position will suit a candidate who has their own transport and available to work any days / hours of the week. Live in accommodation can be provided.
