We are currently working with a brilliant fresh food gastropub based in the Nuneaton area who are looking for a passionate chef de partie to join their expanding kitchen team.
Due to a strong 2018 the venue has invested a lot of money into the property allowing them to expand and cater for more guests. An opportunity for chef de partie has become available on the back of this. Working on restaurant, private dining and function menu's the chef de partie will be preparing and cooking high quality fresh ingredients and will be able to give ideas / create dishes for seasonal menu changes.
The ideal candidates will have at least two years experience working within a fresh food kitchen, will be highly enthusiastic and passionate about their work and will have strong communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with the team to make service as smooth as possible.
The job is working five days out of seven, including weekends. Shifts as per rota and agreed with head chef. Usual working week 45 hours, this can vary depending on business needs. Accommodation can be provided.
