We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel resort in the Tamworth area who are looking for talented and passionate chef de parties to join their kitchen teams.
The hotel boasts multiple food outlets, catering for large banquets, busy bar menu's, business conference events and an award winning a la carte restaurant.
They are looking for chef de parties to join both their all day casual dining and award winning AA rosette restaurant teams.
The casual dining position involves the preparation and cooking of pub style dishes, catering for a high number of guests for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. This position is working 4 days on, 4 days off on a rolling contract with 12 hour shifts.
The AA rosette restaurant position involves the preperation and cooking of locally sourced fresh produce, working on new menu's, training junior staff and maintaining high levels of food safety and kitchen hygeine at all times. This position is contracted to 48 hours per week, two days off and straight shifts. Usual shifts from 12-10:30pm.
