We are currently working with a brilliant venue in the Newark-on-Trent area, who are looking for a strong chef de partie to work within their kitchen team.
The award winning venue cater for both breakfast and lunch time service, offering freshly prepared healthy dishes for up to 160 guests.
The position of chef de partie will assist the sous chef and head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, preparing foods, stock taking and looking after HACCAP, ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety, Employment Law and Food Safety.
The job will be working 5 straight shifts per week over Monday to Sunday, shifts mainly from 7:30am - 3:30pm, you will however be expected to work one evening shift per month.
The successful candidate will receive £19,000 per annum salary, free lunch, free use of gym, pension, health insurance and much much more.
