Here at Pertemps Network Catering we are looking for an experienced temporaries consultant to join our busy and successful team. The successful candidate will be running a temporary hospitality desk that has huge potential for growth. You will have autonomy over your own desk to grow and develop your clientele, with added support from your Senior Management Team & other team members.

The role will include:
New business sales to maximise exposure and develop new clients for the desk
Servicing key accounts 
A rotational on call service
Building key relationships with clients and candidates alike
Sourcing, interviewing & recruiting new candidates
Working to weekly/monthly KPIs

Ideal candidate:
Will have previous recruitment experience
Be flexible and willing to work weekends / evenings
Open to onsite check ins and direct client liaison 
Have a confident manner with excellent cold sales, negotiation & people skills
Good organisation skills are a must, and you will have an eye for detail and the ability to multi task
Enjoy working as part of a team and exhibit the ability to work well under pressure
